Definitely recommend for “out-of-towners.” We came into town Christmas Eve, and found our van leaking fluid on Christmas Day. The shop took our van the day after Christmas and had us back on the road on the 27th after repairing a radiator hose leak and A/C service. They treated us well on price and called regularly to keep us updated.

Went for new tires and they told me it wasn't necessary.. that my tires were fine. I have never had an auto repair place that was so honest. They will definately be my car repair go to place.

Temperature fell 20 degrees so my tire pressure light came on. Pulled off highway 18 to check tires with gauge and noticed my locking lugnut was gone. On way back to Wilkesboro from funeral I attended stopped off at D&S to see if they had a lugnut to put on. They put one on, I was ready to pay and she said no charge. All I can say is if you have car problems or need tires this is the place to be.
