I originally went to a national chain shop that deals with brakes and suspension. I had got a tire there and the manager said his shop could fix the squeak in the rear of the vehicle. They had my vehicle for a few days and instead of repairing it, they instead threw parts at it trying to fix it but not accomplishing that task. To their word, they eventually agreed to get it fixed at an independent mechanic.The national chain shop recommended Calvin Faw to do it. It turns out that it was the rear end differential that had been wearing out. Calvin did keep it for about a week getting the part in, but when I pulled it out of the parking lot, it was actually quiet. It drove fine and I plan to let my daughter that is learning to drive for it to be her learner's vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Thank God for honest men and honest business practices. After getting a dishonest estimate from Mr. Tire, their next door neighbor, I received excellent service from Monroe and everyone in the shop. I was initially told by the desk person at Mr. Tire that I had to purchase the whole hose housing and all of its lines to fix a leak from 1 line...this was a LIE!!!! ONLY 1 line needed to be replaced and the total price was more than half less of the first estimate from Mr. Tire. Due to their honesty and service I will only go to this shop exclusively. You'll be doing yourself a disservice by not at least talking to these gentlemen, regarding your auto repairs.
