Got to salon at 4:20pm, was planning to get pedicure and fill-in, no other customer there when I arrived. 10 mins into pedicure, a customer comes in for fill in, 10/15 minutes another customer comes in for fill- in, by the time my pedicure was completed 3 customers had arrived. I waited 10 mins on my pedicure chair before they put me in a nail chair and I sat there another 15 minutes, while the 2 or 3 customer was getting a pedicure. So at almost 6pm still no one to even started to on my nails. There were 3 nail people there. I paid and walked out without getting nails done.

Recently started going to this nail salon. Hands down the best salon in Lenoir. Friendly staff and usually quick to get you back.

I usually got to Ryan and Tammy but they wasn’t open yet and I was in a hurry so went to first nails and Got my nails done on Friday by Sunday one already came off there’s lumps in my polish will not be going back. Would not recommend if you like them to last more than a day. 45 dollars for a fill in and already lost one. Smh

I went on a Friday and by that following Monday, nail were breaking. I called on that Monday and was told they would fix with no charge. Drove after work back there and then was told since you filed down we can only fix one nail. I had to file down because they broke. I don't recommend this nail salon.

Worst experience of my life!!! Just started working down the street and decided to give them a try. My nails are crooked, globs of acrylic, very uneven. I asked to have them removed and was told no! I should have known when the gentleman refused to do a simple design and the nail table was dirty. So upset! Total waste of money!! I will be calling state board, as a former stylist and nail tech this place needs shut down!!!

Some man gave me a pedicure and he was wearing a hat with a egale and flag. This was the best damn scrub down ever ? I swear to god I wanted to take him home to rub my feet nightly. He was very friendly.

Been going here for a few months and everytime I leave loving my nails. Today went in and just told him what colors and that I wanted something for Christmas and left so pleased. Will definitely recommend to others.

Went on Saturday June 24. I got there just before closing time, and still they did a Gel Mani for me, and cheerfully, and didn't rush me. I think this is the #1 salon for nails in Lenoir NC. I'll be bringing my Mom there for her Pedi's all summer. Thank you First Nails

Was able to walk in for a quick nail polish change. Quick in and out in under 25 minutes.
