I cannot say enough good things about this facility. We have a few units and have had no issue. Communication is always smooth. He is patient, understanding and capable of fixing all technical issues without any problems. I recommend anyone giving them a chance.

We rented a large storage unit to hold our furniture during a move. We had antique furniture that I was worried would get moldy especially after all of the rain during the flood but all was in excellent condition! We were also concerned about rodents and bugs moving in to find homes during the winter but not one sign of anything! Sam, the manager was very attentive in all questions and available when needed. Thank you!

My husband and I rented a large climate control unit and have nothing but great things to say the maintenance of these units, the accessibility, and the quality of customer service we were shown by Sam. Would give more than five stars if we could!!

I rented 2 units from Sam for a number of years. The facilities were always clean and well kept. The security gate was always in good working order. I never had a complaint.
When I consolidated into one unit, it was noted and I was contacted by him. I had already paid for the month but Sam gave me a credit for one unit toward the rental of the other.
He has always been helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Due to moving to another town I have closed my second unit but wanted to provide this review for others so they are aware of the pleasure of dealing with Five Star Storage.

the are hateful they charge you a 24 hour access for 5 moths for 10.00 a month and womt let you use it and then blame you with someone else broke into your unit and wont help you with the information you need for the insuramce comapny

I had to use this facility for 17 months. My belongs were safe and out of the elements. No water in or rodents in unit. Im grateful that my all my belongings were well kept.Customer service was very attentive to question before during and when I moved out of unit.
