I walked in 30 minutes before closing time and was taken right away. Stylist was very friendly even though i know she was ready to go home. She did a shampoo and a cut that restored my hair back to a healthy look and was suprisingly fast. I recomend them especially for if you need last minute repairs

Not please with the stylist that cut my hair didn't do what I ask her to do one side of my hair was cut shorter than other side an told her that want it to comb back so it would feather back .She needs more training and smile an be friendly

My husband is CRAZY about his hair cuts, like most people! This girl Sabrina, at this Great Clips BUTCHERED my husbands hair and he had to have her just shave it!!!!! We, as a family, are DONE WITH GREAT CLIPS!!!! It was so bad, she ruined it for ALL OF GREAT CLIPS!!!!! MY 7 YEAR OLD CUTS BETTER HARI!!!!! He has went to Great Clips several years, in our hometown, but now he will NEVER GO BACK!!!!! Great Clips DOES NOT hire qualified stylists!!!! If they did, Sabrina would’ve NEVER BEEN HIRED!!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED IN GREAT CLIPS!!!!! The bad Great Clips is at 1009 Blowing Rock Blvd Ste. 140, Lenoir, NC. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GREAT CLIPS!!!! My hair was cut so bad, other customers made faces at how bad it was!!!!! My 7 year old cut my 3 year olds hair, with scissors and that looked better than the cut I just received at Great Clips!!!! I had to shave my head with a one guard and now look like a cancer patient!!!! The girls name was Sabrina. Nice girl, BUT NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER INDUSTRY TO WORK IN!!!! I have NEVER been SO DISAPPOINTED in a hair cut!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO GREAT CLIPS!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW, “DONT GO TO GREAT CLIPS!!!!!!!” I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK PLUS SOME!!!!!!

The new manager (I hate I can't remember her name) has done a great job with both of my sons' hair. She takes her time and makes sure that we are happy before we leave. I can tell she enjoys her job! Very friendly and professional service from her.

Now I've been there personally and had a ok experience. But my son just went there and idk what happened. But that was the worst haircut I've ever seen.

I have checked in the last 2 times. To find a note on the door about staffing issues.. whoever has this location either needs to man up and treat staff correctly. Or sell it off to someone who's willing to make if a profitable spot. Which it always has been...
