“I started going to this gym shortly after getting out of the military. The convenience of a 24 hr gym in the area really worked out with my schedule from bodybuilding and work life. I have spent many hrs in this gym, it is always clean and the equipment is efficient as well as always helpful staff”
“I love this gym it’s quiet and privet and they have good equipment and clean bathrooms my only complaint is the parking lot, the entrance is one way so only one person can enter/exit at a time and the parking spots are so tight sometimes it feels impossible to park. I was super disappointed today I tried to go to the gym after work but couldn’t get a parking spot because the only 3 open had trucks double parked. After waiting for someone to leave so I could park I went in the gym and it fortunately wasn’t so I’m assuming all the spots are taken by people going to the classes in the other building. I’ll still continue to this gym I just hope one day they fix the parking issue and then it will be a 5 star gym.”

“Great facility. I was a member here years ago and stopped back in today while passing through town. The new owner was extremely welcoming and I was excited to see he added some new equipment as well. Highly recommended!”
