Hampton Inn & Suites Lenoir

Hotels
Hampton Inn & Suites Lenoir is a hotel located near downtown, shopping areas, and scenic mountain views. The hotel offers a quiet environment with comfortable beds, good showers, and decent breakfast options. Many guests appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly, helpful front desk staff, which left a positive first impression. The hotel provides ample space for guests and is generally considered a good value for the price. However, some guests have experienced issues during their stay. One guest noted a noisy room beside the mechanical room that disrupted their sleep, and despite informing the staff, no compensation was offered. The hotel’s pool has been reported as needing repairs for the second year in a row. Additionally, the television channels are limited, with suggestions to add channels for older viewers. The location is scenic but not ideal for walking or commuting, as guests typically need to drive around the area. Overall, Hampton Inn & Suites Lenoir is a pleasant place to stay with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations, though improvements in noise management, amenities, and entertainment options could enhance the guest experience.
