Cardinal State Storage in Lenoir, North Carolina has very helpful proficient staff. They listen to your needs and work in a quick timely manner to provide assistance. It was so easy to contact them and rent a unit. Alex the owner could not have been nicer to work with. The facility was so clean inside and out. Gate access was nice and the security was very appreciated.

I was recently calling around to find a storage unit and when I spoke with Alex, at Cardinal State Storage, I knew my search was over. There are three locations so you can really dial in perfectly, the size and cost that fits your needs. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating. When I needed to upgrade there was no fuss or confusion.I highly recommend them. Give them a call, they are great at what they do.

First impression WOW. The owner is so easy to work with through the whole process. He cares about his customers. The facility is state of the art. I highly recommend. You leave all your belongings there and feel 100% safe about it.

Nothing shabby about Cardinal State Storage. It's well maintained, well lit, and although I didn't open my unit for 3 years! everything was as dry and odor free as the day I rented the unit. On a note about staff - polite and helpful.

Sooo disappointed. All my stuff ruined. Put in unit 4 months ago and when I came to get it everything covered in mold! When I called them they said”sorry, you didn’t get the insurance.” If you don’t have to, don’t use them! At least not an end unit. It was wet inside when I picked up. Could see right through the top of the door so it rained right in the u it and the heat and moisture was the perfect breeding ground. Maybe they should. Grow potatoes instead of offer storage.

I’ve been using this storage unit for about 5 months since I moved to the area. Very clean and well maintained grounds. I’ve had zero problems since moving in and I’d recommended this small business for those looking for some storage.

If We could give them more than 5 stars we would. They are the nicest people to rent a storage unit off of. They respond fast. And the units are extra clean. They are the best self storage units in town.

Alex was absolutely amazing! He really take the time to personally take care of you and make you feel valued. He was extremely considerate of my circumstances when I had to make quick changes on a last minute move and was very accommodating. If You need a storage unit, Cardinal and Alex are the best!
