Catherine is absolutely amazing! She was very quick and has a great personality. I always have to bring my kids with me and she is so understanding and great with them! I have been with Jackson Hewitt since I was 18 (except one year) and she’s the main reason I always come back! Nice to always see a friendly face and know my taxes are in good hands.

Debra went out of her way to help my husband and I get our taxes filed. We were there for almost three hours one day and she spent every second trying to help us get it figured out! We will definitely be going back to her for now on!

Ann is the best, she is a great lady, & she is nice!! She help me out two year's ago, we got tax audited, & she help us out in the last two year's we had to wait on the refund, but we did get it, & she was very nice even though we bothered her. But me, & my wife was frustrated, but she was nice, & good to us all the way through it!! Then she did ours this year!! She is a very nice, & patient & can deal with people very nicely!! They are a lot better, & nicer here in Lenoir, than in Morganton!!
