Lenoir Automotive is an independent, locally owned automotive service and repair center that has been proudly serving Lenoir and the greater Caldwell County area for over 13 years. They are known for their fast service, knowledgeable mechanics, and genuine care for their customers. Their team consists of great guys who are dedicated to helping customers, rather than just making a profit. They provide complete automotive services for both import and domestic vehicles, including electrical repairs and steering & suspension repairs. One customer shared an experience where they mistakenly told the mechanic the wrong part to fix, but the mechanic found the right part and ended up costing less than they had anticipated. Another customer had their car break down in front of the shop, and the mechanics helped them get off the road, diagnosed the issue (a bad alternator and drivebelt), and had them up and running in just one day. The owner even gave the customer a ride home, going out of his way to help. This business is highly recommended, especially for veterans in need of vehicle repairs.
I asked Rick to check out an old truck i purchased, gave comprehensive review prioritized and the quotes on each item were very reasonable. I recommend highly.
