Horrible service!!! Horrible at getting a refund in a timely matter and especially if you order online!!! Do not order anything online from them that is an appliance!!! Don not trust them to do what they say!! It is not worth it. Amazon does way better. A few extra dollars at Amazon is worth it. Just mu opinion

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! In less than a month, I purchased two products that were sold to me fraudulently. The first product was a Black Flag Bug zapper, purchase price $69.37. I take it home and noticed no instructions inside. I pull out of the box and a handful of bugs fall out of the product and it has water stains. Obviously used. I take it back and tell them what was going on and the girl working the return desk laughs it off and makes a joke about it. I did replace it with a new one and made sure to open the box to confirm it was new and left.
Fast forward three weeks later, my wife and I purchase a $244 ceiling fan. I bring it home and remove the existing fan first. I open the box to find the parts in disarray and no instructions. Upon further inspection, I realize that it’s not even the correct fan. Now I’m ticked!!! I call the store to speak with the manager and was put on hold for 10-15 minutes until someone else picked up and said the manager was busy. Told her not to worry about it that I’m on my way up. 23 mile trip one way to the store. I get there and the assistant store manager finally meets me at the return desk. He was offended when asked the question if this was common practice to fraudulently sell used products and even sell products that were not even correct. Side note: the fan that was inside the box retail cost was half of the cost of what I paid. He tells me he will take $100 off the cost of a new fan and sends me along my merry way. He even blamed Hunter Fan for this; of which I contacted as well and asked if they were having any quality control issues and they confirmed that they did not. Something fishy is going on with this location. This is bad business practice and I’m sick of these corporate big box stores treating the general public like this. I know that if a used item is returned they are either to be sold at a used price or sent to an outlet store. Not wrapped back up and sold as new. Buyers Beware!!!
So after reading Lowe’s reply, I do call the number to try and have them try to earn back my trust!! Nope, instead I wasted a whole lot of time explaining my situation to them for them to say “ I’m so very sorry”. Nothing will be resolved, business as usual for them. I did ask the representative if she felt that was bad business practice to sell used items as new and she did agree. Maybe Lowe’s needs to clean house a bit and get good people placed in leadership roles to lead the stores. As it goes right now, I see Lowe’s as a sinking ship. Rest assured, the BBB has been contacted and my friends and family all agree to never shop there again.

I was standing at customer service waiting. The customer ahead of me finished up and instead of helping me she answered the phone. Didnt apologize or anything. Just completely ghosted me. Maybe they have some store rule where phone calls take preference over people who have been waiting and are standing right in front of you. Seemed extremely rude to me.

Their curbside pickup is fantastic! I bought some banner paper and Chester brought it out in the pouring rain and he even covered it from getting wet! These people are so thoughtful and hard working! Thank you Chester!

The Lenoir Store manager Bob needs to be replaced. He was rude, wouldn't listen to me and tried to sell me something I didn't want. He was not friendly and very unhelpful. Prices at this store are all over the place depending on who you are. An item was less than $400 a couple of weeks ago and over $400 today. It was not a sale price, but a clearance price. Never heard of clearance prices increasing over an item that was assembled wrong and missing major parts. This is the main reason I don't shop at Lowe's anymore than I have to in an emergency.

Still here 20 minutes later trying to get paint to match what I previously purchased here. Young kid in paint department can’t help and three other people standing at the paint desk needing help. Need to get Miranda back. She done a great job.
