I waited for a year and half to get hired on (as a new driver that needed training)due to covid hiring freeze but I kept calling every month till they opened doors for hiring again. The day they told me to come on in was the best day of my life, and after my 28 days training and passing my driving test, I literally cried out of joy!!!!
