“A few days ago, I tried to set up printing out a manual of about @300 pages online, but received an error message, so I physically went to a different UPS location that I frequent because it is closest to where I live. I won't mention that specific location, in spite of them being very unhelpful and actually kind of condescending (particularly one employee there), because I want to focus on my great experience at this store. Fast forward, I came to this location for assistance because they were the next closest, and I needed the manual for my business. The manager was SUPER helpful. We discussed the various options, and while she was preparing my manual, we struck up a brief conversation, and I learned her name was Josabeth. She was seriously so friendly and professional, and was able to bind my documents together quickly (the other store let me print and pay for my documents before telling me they didn't have the proper equipment available to bind it. Sigh.) I seriously wanted to hug Josabeth, but I decided to write this review instead. The other store employee there was friendly too and greeted me when I entered. Most importantly, I have my manual and the price they charged me to do it was reasonable. Highly recommend this location!”
