“I searched online and found CubeSmart's prices very competitive, so I decided to take a site visit to scout available units. A CubeSmart manager (Britta) actually called me shortly after I reserved a unit online (no obligation). She was available to answer questions and show me options. I was satisfied with their units, the site's cleanliness/security, website and overall organization. The whole process was very efficient and I had keys to a unit in under 15 mins. If you're not familiar, know rate increases are unfortunately common in the self storage industry. If you have a unit for an extended period of time, be prepared for them. Based on my experience renting multiple units in multiple cities, CubeSmart is above average in nearly every metric.”
