My son always gets his haircut here and were traumatized today and when I called the stylist she had no remorse and hung up on me!!!!! I've been going here for 2 years!!! Never again 😔

Walked in at 5:45 and was rudely told that they would not be taking anyone else. Two people were working and no one else was there. Guy was leaving as we walked in. Sign on door said they were open until 6:00. Left and went to Great Clips above Walmart. Open until 7:00 and got right in. Will not be going back.

Very clean shop. Customer service was great. I had my hair cut by Ruby. She cut it exactly as I asked.and without an appointment. They use the walk in method. I love this place. I will return next time I need a haircut

I get my eyebrows waxed at Smart cuts and her name is Tina the lady who doesn't and I can tell you this I wouldn't go anywhere else or have anyone else do it for me she doesn't really great job and I would suggest I would recommend Smart cuts to anyone that even wants a hairstyle or haircut all that comes with hair salons
