If the ratings don't tell you anything then the comments should! This has to be one of the most compassionate,caring,family oriented Pawn Shops I've ever seen! Definitely a great place to go if its your first time selling an item or getting a last minute loan. They are quite patient and fair. No need to look any where else!Steve's Joint is on Point!!

I tried to buy a amp from them today stood in line for 45 minutes with them just looking at me like I can't buy anything. I don't recommend going to that place at all. Buch of unprofessional sobs

I went to Steve's Pawn Shop to buy a tool box. I saw one that I liked and planned on buying it. I did notice that one of the sockets was missing which would not be a problem to me because it would have been an easy thing to replace. I could not tell which size was missing because part of the tool box was wrapped in plastic. This is most likely done to keep the pieces from falling from the tool box when moved in the store. When I lifted up a small piece of the plastic to see what size is missing, a store employee starts yelling at me, telling me not to touch the plastic wrap on the tool box. I immediately left the store. I went an bought a higher priced tool kit elsewhere with better customer service. I found the store employee very rude and unprofessional. For this reason I will never shop here again.
