The food was just like any other Taco Bell. You know what you're getting. I always have to remind the cashier that I need my fountain drink cup but other than that, solid choice for lunch.

The black lady was really disrespectful telling people they'll have to use the kiosk because they didn't want to get someone for the cashier. No one should be forced to use a kiosk when they have 8 people in the back and no cashier.

I placed an order for two gordita crunches, 3 soft tacos with no lettuce and in return i got 3 gordita crunches and 4 cheesy roll ups. We waited for this order for atleast 30 minutes.

I had stopped eating at Taco Bell in Lenoir because the restaurant was dirty the food wasn't good you didn't get the quality of the food so we decided to eat there Sunday after church I were told they had new management and the quality of the food was good, I understand the the quality of the food should match the prices so I'm giving him a 5-star

Restaurant had no customers and we waited 10 minutes to be a Waited on. The 5 employees there stood around talking. They looked at us and continued talking. We walked out.

I don't know what's going on at this store but today 01/10/2024 the second we entered we were hollered at and told to use the kiosk because they didn't have a cashier. Aside from us being hollered at there was an elderly veteran man standing at the register to be waited on. A young lady told him just a moment and I will help you. As she walked over to assist him she was yelled and told that was not her job that she was to being doing something else. That to me was very disrespectful to this elderly veteran. From the moment we walked in there was nothing but hollering in the back . The environment for the employees and customers alone was unacceptable. These employees should not be treated like that. Apparently this person that was yelling everyone does not work well under pressure and does not need to be there. I don't know whether this person was a manager or whatever but those employees should not have been yelled especially were customers could hear it. I pray for those employees because I would never work in that environment. Especially if that was a manager. She was not building her staff up to handle the pressure if anything she made it worse. And it did not look as busy as she made it out to be. Sorry but just because of the hostile environment we choose not to eat there instead. Oh I forgot to mention as we were leaving two younger gentlemen came in to the register and a cashier appeared to help them but not to help the elderly veteran. I find something very wrong with that. To the employees I'm sorry you have to work with that person.
