Wasn't very helpful. Seemed very preoccupied with another customer. So we ended up going to another uhaul provider in town where we were able to rent a truck.

These guys rock! The U-Haul where I reserved my truck in Charlotte had no truck available and had made my reservation for one day rather than ten. Wesley and his staff saved the day and gave me the money saving advice for our App State move. They stepped in and saved the day!

Very good service. I was able to return truck early and they adjusted my bill accordingly
