Get your employees to quit lying. The tracking for my signature required package for two days in a row now has said “we missed you” and I can confirm beyond a shred of doubt that no delivery agent was ever at my door. So lazy. Not even a notice left so I can change the delivery on the site, so I’m stuck waiting for the next driver to lie to me. This is why I never CHOOSE to do business with UPS. You all lost 384 dollars of mine and refused to do anything about it in 2018.

Had bought my daughter a iPhone 14 for Christmas an UPS showed that they had delivered an no photo to prove it an I still have no phone. I had to pay 75$ again for another one an still no phone waiting on the 2nd one to arrive.

I went there to send a package back. They cannot scan a QR code, and at the time they told me they could only accept Amazon packages.

The lady that was there this week could not take my package using the bar code. She didn't know how to do it. I had to take my package back home and seek other means of getting it shipped.

The intake clerk here is the greatest! Always friendly and helpful. Only open 4pm to 6pm , five days per week.

I'll be honest...I have no idea what the negative reviews are on this store. I'm an EXTREMELY hard customer to please. I have an impossible standard and these guys always seem to meet it. Give them a chance but most of these bad reviews seem more like it UPS Logistics and not UPS Store related. They ARE 2 totally different brands of UPS

Knowledge and friendly. I only wish that they had more hours of operation. We had to drive to Hickory last package that had to be shipped to Amazon because I had missed the only two days that this UPS is open for shipping packages. For some reason, Pack and Ship on Blowing Rock Blv doesn't ship to Amazon if you print your own label. If this UPS location could be open more than two hours twice a week, I believe that it would benefit them as well as us. If anyone knows why it is only open two hours twice a week, I would really like to know.

AVOID THIS STORE if you can. This is actually my second review since somehow they were about to take my original post down along with other negative reviews for the past year. Anyway, last month I stopped in to check on my mailbox and renew if needed. Of course, they do not notify you of a pending renewal. Too lazy of course. I was trying to get my box renewed, however this rude, hateful heavy-set blonde woman told me it was due in September and they are not obligated to notify people. I asked if they could just go ahead a renew? She said very hatefully and rudely "you need to open a brand new account!" What? Why, you have all my info already, just renew it. Box was still available. Anyway I kept asking about just renewing and she got irate with me and screamed in front of everyone (customers & all) for me to "GET OUT OF MY STORE"!! Every time I go in there its the same thing rude and hateful atmosphere. These people are a perfect example of lowest level of customer service. BEWARE!

I went in to their store to return an Amazon package today. Ran into a snag. They had every right to say "sorry" and blow me off. The young man working went above and beyond to try to help me today. His kindness made my day!!

If you can’t open before 4:00 pm. Then UPS should provide what ever the drop off places need to print out a label. Especially when UPS is sending something that needs to be scanned in order to get a label. Very upset customer.

I needed to return a package to Amazon a couple weeks ago. I work in the evenings 4pm-2am. It's upsetting that customer service here is only available in the evening hours.

I dropped of a package of valuables once and it was the first and only time I've ever had a package stolen. Luckily UPS paid the guy back for the value of the package. But still someone their proceeded to cut my package I sent off open and steal whatever that was inside.I don't trust shipping from here. I recommend somewhere else.

The people that work in the drop off area are very helpful. I just wish they were open more than two hours a day, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
