Valley Rental Centers is a local business with extraordinarily helpful and friendly staff. Customers are greeted as soon as they walk in. The staff is super professional, efficient, and on top of it, making them an easy vendor to work with. They deliver exactly what is promised.
The business offers a wide selection of equipment, from champagne flutes for weddings to bobcat mini excavators and trailers. They have good prices and also service equipment. The staff goes above and beyond to help, such as loaning necessary parts at no extra charge. When a customer had equipment trouble, a mechanic arrived at the customer's location within 30 minutes to fix the problem. They show great support, appreciating their customers' business. For these small things, customers remember them forever, recommend them highly, and plan to use them for life. They are a fantastic local business to support.
They have just the right tools for whatever need your job calls for. The staff is wonderful - very kind and helpful. Delivery was exactly as expected. By far, the best rental company I have used for equipment rentals. 10/10
