We brought our teenage son in to get his first bank account. We were blessed to have met Jaime who walked him through everything a kid needs to know how to manage his finances. She left no stone unturned. It was refreshing to see someone that cares so much about what they do.

Friendly staff but the dtive thru takes way too long sometimes. I understand wait times because it gets busy. It is frustrating when your sitting in your car and you just see them sitting and talking. Not talking and working, completely facing their coworkers and not waiting on the costumer

Continuous poor service at this branch location. They make it unnecessarily difficult to bank there. I have no issues with other branches. This one needs to learn customer service skills.

I called the Lenoir NC branch with a question dealing with mobile banking when they transferred my call. Unfortunately the man that answered the transfer was named “Eric” and he was 100% no help at all and not to mention very rude. The best response he gave me was “can you just call back tomorrow?” I will gladly call back tomorrow if I don’t have to speak with him. After he offered me no help whatsoever and the conversation was over I asked for his name and he seemed as if he didn’t want to tell me or was not going to tell me. He may have even given me the wrong name... who knows. All I know is he is a poor representative for the business and made me want to go to another bank where they would be happy to help me instead of rude. However the first girl that answered the phone that transferred me was extremely pleasant and a sweet heart but not ERIC.

We've banked with Wells Fargo personally for quite a while and now have our business account there as well. Walked into this branch and was "greeted" by a not-so-friendly individual who was pretty unhelpful. Requested a notary, she looked us up and down, then told us that no one was available to assist us and she didn't know how long it would be. Just super unhelpful, basically was trying to walk away, not even trying to find out who might be able to assist us and how long it might be, you could tell she didn't want us to be there. (It was pretty much the Pretty Woman Julia Roberts moment.) I felt like withdrawing all of our funds because of how we were treated. Still may do so. Wish I had caught her name, because she doesn't need to be a greeter and she also doesn't need to be in banking or customer service.
