Do not go to this place not understanding of your need I was barred because I had to reschedule 5 times in one year it is ridiculous sometimes things happen and you doctors need to understand that’s called being greedy mad because you couldn’t charge Medicaid those days ! 24 hour policy my asz like if I have control over what happens I canceled because I was considerate I was sick my house hold was sick kids go to school and get sick things happen like today it was looting it took longer to get the kids to school . I’m not 95 and have all this time that’s why you offer rescheduling! Disgusting ? only doctor that was good was HB she was understanding listen and cared

Family Member was mailed paperwork without instructions indicating paperwork must be returned 3 days prior to visit. Visit was then denied. Very rude and uncaring to the public. Practice needs customer service training. Will be billing CMH for lost time from work after wasting families time. Now need to find a caring facility to provide medical care while out of heart meds.

We have been seeing Melissa for years upon years and trust her wholeheartedly. She has always been correct with our diagnosis andaways knows what is the best thing to do. We love her! She is such a good person.

My wife and I have been seeing Melissa Carleton since 1997. She has more knowledge than a LOT of Medical Doctors. She has correctly diagnosed all ailments we have had, and one time saved my wife's life with her advice on a certain way to treat a medical condition. We love her very much too.

It would be a common courtesy and consideration to their patients to leave a note on the door as to where they are and when they'll reopen. You get there for an appointment and the door is locked and nobody inside or answering the phone. If you close up for lunch, put a note on the door or include that information within your phone answering system. Or add it to your hours of operation. Common courtesy is just not that hard.

Couldn't work with my schedule. And didn't feel the doctor was very thorough or listened to what I had to say. It felt very rushed when I saw him in person and I messaged him telling him I was having issues and I don't feel that he was taking them seriously. Also, I went to a new doctor and (shocker) something actually was wrong and they would have known had they done blood work. And to top it all off, They sent me a letter saying that I was no longer welcome as a patient there because of patient/doctor conflict.

My mother is very sick with covid. We requested an IV infusion or something that could help my mother to feel a little better. We definitely did not wanted to end up at Caldwell memorial hospital ER. We end up receiving the referral at the end of the day. Nobody mentioned us that we needed to make an appointment for that procedure. No instructions at all were given. Except to use the main entrance at the hospital. We had a terrible experience at Caldwell Memorial Hospital because we went to the wrong place and probably because we are Latinos. When I came back to the westpointe medical and requested to see the doctor for a new referral or prescription he was gone. I was told to go back to the hospital and because I complained that they take so long to take care of my mom's issues..I was told that my mom could look for another medical practice if she wanted too.

If you aren't lucky enough to have your medical needs met here, you are truly missing out. Melissa Carlton is the best, I mean the VERY best healthcare provider I have ever encountered. Extremely thorough, so pleasant, so knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, caring. You name it. The entire staff is simply top notch.

My Mother passed away from cancer after being diagnosed with allergies. My Father received major aortic surgery after being diagnosed with a kidney stone. My fiancé was told she could go back to work the day after hospital release, and has been out of work for 3 months now after orders from a specialist.I’m sorry, but 3 strikes and you’re out dude! I wouldn’t trust Dr Lorenzo to treat a paper cut.He essentially has my Moms blood on his hands, and is responsible for my Dads severely reduced quality of life.In my profession, I refuse to recommend work without testing to ensure my recommendation is true and correct. How can a doctor make a diagnosis without proper testing? It’s a human life!!!!If you value your life and the lives of your loved ones, find a competent Dr and pass this place by.

My health care provider is Melissa Carlton. She is always interested in any concerns or questions that I may have. With her , I feel like there is a team effort.I have never had any issues with being promptly seen or had to wait. All the staff I have dealt with have been warm, friendly and considerate. The safety issues in place , for COVID , are comforting. I would recommend this practice. Currently most of my family sees Melissa.
