Showed up at 9:30am to deliver and watched worker go on break twice and I’m still not unloaded and it’s after 2:30pm. Absolutely one of the worst places I’ve ever delivered too??

if you’re thinking about working here, don’t. my boyfriend worked here for a while in one of the warehouses, was constantly getting injured, belittled, and disrespected even though he was doing all of the work he was told to do, came in on time, and even stayed late helping to clean up multiple times, which he was not required to do. my family is in a not great financial situation since my grandma was diagnosed with cancer, all of this, his boss and supervisor knew about. today he was unloading one of the trailers, and asked for an extra set of hands for some of the bigger boxes, and was pretty much fired on the spot. long story short, if you’re looking for a workplace where you will be respected and treated like a human being, avoid this place like the plague.

The service is always very professional and the prices are economical. In addition, there is a broad range of options for study aids that I purchase for my grandchildren. The selections have definitely helped to improve their academic performance.

I would give zero stars if I could. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been trying for almost a month to get a receipt for a order placed. All I have is an order confirmation with an incorrect org name and address. I have called and spoken with a customer service rep 2x, left a message, used their online contact portal, emailed every single person I have an email address for at Kaplan and NO ONE has 1. Gotten me a correct receipt or 2. Responded to me. I am so angry that I have wasted so much time that I do not have trying to get a receipt so that I don’t get in trouble with the county for not being able to appropriately provide documentation for a purchase on my county credit card ?.

I’m very upset with the quality of care that was given to my childcare program. I am a child care provider and I recently received a grant for $600, they forced us to use the money with the Kaplan Early Learning Company. I place an order, the supplies came and they were not what they claim to be. The masks claim to be 3-ply they were not, they were very flimsy and cheap. But we were charged high name brand prices for the item but were given cheap Chinese knock offs. Now, I don’t know if this was a conspiracy that we were force to shop with Kaplan but it seen like Daycare Council(the funding provider) is friends or family with the Kaplan company. That’s how whites keep the money In the family. While we the minority suffers with horrible products. I feel this is unfair and we should’ve had a choice to pick which company we wanted to use the $600 for our program. SHAME ON YOU Day Care Council of New York and Kaplan Early Learning Company.

Horrible service and ZERO quality control and the staff does not care to fix problems after you've addressed them. Also, Amazon has most of the same products for 3 times as less. Arrived to deliver a load on Friday at 8am took four hours to unload! Wouldn’t communicate with me and just kept telling me soon. They don’t pay detention.I missed my appointment for my reload to take me home.
