Jennifer Layton and Lewisville Medicine offer fantastic care. I wasn’t feeling well and sent a message to Jennifer at 7:15 am. Her assistant called me at 7:20 and I was on a video visit at 7:45! Most practices aren’t even open yet. Truly a wonderful experience and how health care should be delivered.

I was two minutes late due to being stuck in traffic and I left way early like I normally do and I had to reschedule and they wasn’t busy. I live 45 minutes away and never been late before. Thanks Jennifer Layton!!! I’m going to tell the main office about this.

Nicole Trombetta was so friendly and kind. Listened to my concerns and was incredibly caring and knowledgeable. The nurse that took my vitals was very kind and helpful as well.

The staff at my Novant family practice in Lewisville are AMAZING! They smile (even early morning appts), and they truly work together as a team. Nurse Amanda is great with follow up questions. I think the world of Dr Terry Hess - he always listens and doesn’t make you feel rushed. And the persons who draw my blood get it right the FIRST time, and I have small veins! This office should be recognized as a model for other locations.

Jessica Parsons, NP is the PCP everyone dreams of having. I feel so lucky to have such a caring, warm provider to confide in!! My husband and I moved to Oak Ridge and we still travel to Clemmons to see her because she is so wonderful! She does not shame you, celebrates with you in your victories, and remembers who you are. Jessica is the best of the best!!!Her support team of Jason, Brenda, and Kenya are also wonderful. Highly recommend Novant Lewisville Clemmons Family Medicine :)

I am always treated so nice there and get excellent care. The doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses, front desk, everyone, is always so nice and professional. Great place to go for excellent care!

After an accidental fall I’ve had two appointments this week with Dr.Lis and PA Layton. During the visits both providers as well as the attending staff were extremely helpful. Dr.Lis and PA Layton were very attentive to my concerns and I felt much better about my condition after the visits. Thanks so much to the providers and staff!

Not the same since Dr. Beal left. I have been going to this practice since Dr. Hess was my original doctor in East Bend many years ago but over time they've gotten extremely busy and care has tanked. My last physical was rushed (w/Jennifer Layton) and I just do not feel confident going there any longer. I've had to take over my care. I'm seeing a nutritionist and a NAMS doctor (neither of which are with Novant). Be your advocate!

I would highly recommend Jessica Parsons NP to anyone that's looking for a primary caregiver. She is professional, has a wealth of medical knowledge and is able to convert that into a compassionate, loving care for our family. Her empathy and listening skills are outstanding. You truly know when you leave there you've gotten the best medical knowledge combined with someone who cares the weekend team is undeniably the best team of medical professionals that we have ever worked with!

I highly recommend Dr. Lis for a PCP. She is caring, attentive, and makes sure I understand all of what is being said. She is intuitive and I really trust her judgment.
