All the staff that I have met have been absolutely wonderful! When my great Pyrenees broke her leg and we later found she had bone cancer, I really believe she was in the best hands with Dr. Crozier. She helped not only my dog but me as well. From first finding the bone cancer and having so many questions and concerns, right until making the end of life transition. They have also been so amazing with my other dog who has a little stranger danger and offered to bring him in more often for " happy tours" so he can get more comfortable ? Keep up the amazing work, you guys are amazing!

Best vet ever! AHL took my cat the same day I called because I was concerned for her health. I had been to an emergency vet (CVS, the worst) a few days prior and they charged me a ridiculous amount and were not helpful at all. I took her to AHL, told them exactly the same details as I told CVS, and they immediately found the actual problem and performed a procedure the same day - they even stayed open late for us. AHL even texted me to check on my cat to see how she was doing! They are excellent and I would recommend them to anyone for their pet's vet needs!

Animal Hospital of Lewisville is simply the best. The staff is so kind and caring and the vets and techs are so helpful and gentle! They always reach out the day after appts to check in on our pets. They are the best!

Love Dr Journell and her staff!! Very patient, understanding and upbeat. Explains all procedures well and did an amazing job on my dog's recent dental with many extractions!!

Dr Crozier is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Although we were very comfortable with our previous vet, I made the decision to switch to Dr. Crozier.

This is the absolute best Veterinary Hospital. We had the pleasure of being some of the first with are fur babies. When it was just one Doctor. And we will never go anywhere else. Dr. Journell is one of the most amazing people,vet and has been with us even when it was hard. She loves her job. And we just love that. As many fur babies she sees. It’s the way her empathy and compassion that got me. This is truly more than a vets office. It is a place oh kindness and true caring for your animal. I just can’t say enough amazing words about this beautiful Animal Hospital. All I can do is tell you it’s wonderful. The whole team has loved are dogs. But they will never forget DeDe. She was a sick little lady. But she didn’t know it. And this team was so good to her. We love you guys. And thank you for the way you loved our DeDe and Chaz.
