Absolutely! The worst bank ever. They never answer their phone and they never call you back. Also went there this week in person. They was three people in line and three people working at the counter. But yeah I stood in line for 40 minutes. How freaking ridiculous is that. If I could give them a negative 5 review I would definitely do it. They need to train their people better.

In trying to resolve an issue involving funds that did not transfer online, I tried to call the branch. Apparently leaving a message is the only option. Left 3 messages on 3 consecutive days, no call back. Therefore I visited the branch. 1 teller for the lobby customers, with about 10 in line. 1 customer service person with 4 waiting. Multiple empty offices. It was not lunch time. BB&T did not operate this way.

I can't even get an answer to one simple question. I started an online chat yesterday and still don't have an answer today, 24 hrs later.

Worst customer service ever. Sat in lobby or waiting area over an hour just for the bandera Adriana to tell me that she couldn't help me with my fraud issue , and would not make a claim unless transactions are posted. Wouldn't do anything except give me a temporary card and send me on my way. Definitely gonna be checking out other banks to put my family's money. Clearly this one doesn't care that my card was compromised and the person who did it made 5 purchases over $400 each.

I had 18.13 in my account after a 140.00 deposit and they overdrafted me on a 16.28 purchase !! I'm really angry about this situation because I feel like They are scamming people like this! The overpay is MANDATORY on business accounts and the fee is 36.00! I'm sure I'm not the only new small business they are benefiting from like this either! VERY DISSATISFIED with the customer service also!! Christian Luviano was the person I spoke with also that didnt really seem to want to help get my issue resolved!! DONT BANK WITH THEM IF YOUR A NEW SMALL BUSINESS!!

I went to BB&T today to get my gun permit application notorized. 3 weeks ago they notorized a title for me. Today, I was told that they do not notorize that type of document. So, BB&T is now censoring. I am in the process of closing all of my accounts that I have had for over 20 years.
