I had a wonderful experience with the Hispanic lady that works here if not mistaken her name was Perla she help switch my information over I was hesitant bc another provider said the same but at the end of the sale they didn't. She went above and beyond to meet my needs.

Came in today 6/24 having issues with my phone thank fully the young lady their I believe her name was parla was ready to help she fixed my issues and told me i was ready to upgrade I will be back Friday to do so

Im not happy with this phone or the service. I do delivery work, which takes me everywhere and the service is horrible. Constantly knocking me offline where I can't complete my orders!! I just got this phone and service last week and paid almost 150 dollars! Just very unhappy!!

I had a amazing experience with Perla, she helped me and my family out with 3 phones in our budget. I would definitely recommend anyone going to her at this location. She was absolutely a pleasure speaking with and she was very understanding.

I've had to go into this store twice because online customer service couldn't help me, only to be told on both occasions they cannot either. We received a coupon that said "in store use only" and they would not honor it, simply stating it needed to be online and I pointed out the words on the coupon and the girl was very rude, both trips have been just disgusting, rudest people I have ever met.

I've been with boost mobile for about 8 years and I've only had a couple issues with them during all those years. They have excellent reception and great customer service. Highly recommend them

Service with Boost was hit and miss. Sometimes depending on the city I was in I would have great service and in other cities I would have no service. I would especially have no service in rural areas. Boost also does this cute little thing where even if you spend over $500-$1000 on a phone you have to keep that phone with boost for one year before you can have the phone unlocked and move to a different provider. I was a boost customer for 12 years and I stayed because it was an expensive and I also had a special VIP package that allowed me to use my phone even if my service was technically disconnected temporarily. Now I’m willing to pay the big bucks to have a good quality phone service.
