CVS Pharmacy on E Center St in Lexington has provided excellent professional service. They’re always fully staffed and everyone’s busy working. Today my Dr just called in two scripts and I picked them up in about a half hour.

I called the pharmacy 5/30 at 9:23AM with a question about one of my prescriptions and how a change made to the prescription would affect the amount I would be required to pay. I spoke with an associate who identified herself as “Sam”.
HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. Just HORRIBLE.

Every time I come here to pick up my medicine, your staff are the most miserable people I’ve ever dealt with. Especially Teresa at the pharmacy window. Do better CVS, you are in a business of public service. I hate my insurance makes me use you - I often pay out of pocket at Walgreens to avoid your poor customer service.

Pain medicine was phoned in to this location and I was advised that they were out of stock and it would take two days to receive it. TWO DAYS? It’s 2024 people, seriously! I could see one day with express service, but two days. Living in the dark ages, management either doesn’t read the reviews or could care less. Switching Pharmacies

Awesome customer service. The manager there this morning helped me tremendously with my photo printing issues and was so kind. God bless

Obviously the leadership of CVS either doesn’t read these, doesnt really care, or just don’t know what to do. Drive in closed with a poorly worded sign. Went inside. Closed from 1:30 to 2 for lunch. It’s 2 now. 5 cards in the pick up line. The text they sent stated it was ready for pick up. 2:03. We see a human. I’m sick. I’ve been to the doctor. Can we get a little more customer care?

It used to be different, never had a problem filling prescriptions until a few months ago. Showed up and they said that my prescription was transferred to a different location over an hour away… I called that location and they said I didn’t have anything. My bottle says I have 3 refills left but some how they have vanished mysteriously into the ether. Calling the dr they confirmed I should have 3 refills left. Things used to be different….

Regularly 4 days or more late filling prescriptions, and this time the assistant had the nerve to imply that it was somehow my fault for trusting the phone systems estimate, definitely will start getting prescriptions filled elsewhere after that

I was scheduled for a vaccine and checked in through the link that was sent. There was one worker who noticed and acknowledged me. She let the person who was giving the vaccination know that I was there. After waiting more than twenty- minutes, that same worker went back and spoke to the lady who should have at least told me what was going on. The vaccination lady said she “needed to thaw it”. At this point it had already been more than 30-minutes. I told her I was going to Walgreens since CVS wasn’t prepared for my appointment. CVS tried to already charge my insurance and said they couldn’t do anything about it. They never provided the service!
