I'm always haunting this Evenbrooke. This is a large place that has recently expanded into the building next door. A vendor-based model, you'll find a mix of mid-quality antique furniture, lighting, decor items and collectibles.Upon entering, you'll see a plethora of wooden duck decoys and assorted bird sculptures. A lot of the stuff here seems rustic in nature, or has the cottage / farmhouse aesthetic. Farmhouse is still the rule of the land apparently in this region and if that's your vibe, this is your place. Grab your pumpkin-spice latte, ankle booties and wide brimmed felt hat and come on down. You will find a coffee shop inside, serving delicious hot and cold beverages. There is a location in front of the coffee shop where they conduct classes, and they sell furniture paints and beautiful stencils. You can also find a few clothing vendors, and an attached food market to pick up your honey, Ashe County cheese, local meats, pies, and ice cream. There are a few furniture flippers here - talented people who can see the potential in a forgotten piece and refurb it for resale. Lots of chalk paint and chippy finishes. You'll also find nice local art for sale, decor items made from cow hides, candles, and what I call weird-old-guy stuff: think coke bottles and old signs (I did spot some interesting art pottery hiding in that junk, however).I've purchased a few items here - 2 adorable repainted night stands, a gooseneck rocker and a cedar chest, all for reasonable prices. Haggling is allowed.

We have shopped at Evenbrook Marketplace many times and have always found a new treasure or gift with each visit. It’s a unique shopping experience in Lexington, NC. I tell everyone it has a little something for everyone. Antiques, collectables, clothes, snacks and all kinds of accessories. It’s just so different from any other place around. We can not recommend it any higher than to say it’s our favorite place to shop in Lexington! Check it out regularly because they are always adding new stuff by tons or vendors all the time.

One of the best we've seen in this category of shops ... Ever! Clean, well lit, exceptional vendors and content. And they're expanding into the space next door. Definitely on the list of must see stores if you love antiques!

This is the antique roadshow meets American pickers with a little bit of Sanford and son the balance out the medley of new and old. This is a must do for anyone looking for a good outing. Something for everyone in the family moderately too expensive Lee priced, but they’re still a deal or 2 to be had in the consignment areas. It goes without saying me and those they call me family. Consider this to be a jam. You can find Timberlake paintings, old Coke memorabilia, costume, jewellery, as well as arts and crafts riders, sculptures you name it, they got it

I just looked at my receipt after getting home. I was charged $14.94 for using my credit card. Buyers beware.Response to owner 05/17Thank you for your response. Per our conversation yesterday you indicated that it was posted at the counter and you needed to post a notice at the entrance. You are correct it's a percentage and not a flat fee and I was not trying to imply it was a flat fee. I do take exception to your statement that it is commonplace at most businesses. I use my credit card for most all purchases I make and this was my first time experiencing a transaction fee. Concerning a transaction fee to be added to a debit card my research shows it can not be added unless allowed by local law. My intention wasn't to cast a shadow on your business but to let consumers know that if they pay with a credit card there will be a transaction fee added to the purchase. As to the discount on my purchases it was agreed to by the vendor and had nothing to do with the transaction fee.Again thank you for your response.
