I was in distress because of a health condition a few days ago. Ben, the pharmacist, noticed the type of prescription I was given. He asked some questions about my problem. He then pointed out several OTC products that would help me along with my prescription. I could see that he genuinely wanted me to get better. I am forever grateful. Today, I am 100x better and the Otc products were a big part of that.

Horrible service with loads of attitude. The lady at the pick up window thinks she can stand in the other side of the building and whisper asking what we are there for. Then when I told her she is going to need to come to the window I can’t hear her, she was rude and yelling.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years, absolutely love my ladies upfront but honestly can not stand the pharmacist!!!!! The last 3 times I have went to get my medication there has been problems, he honestly tries to act like your doctor instead of what he is paid to do!! I am DONE!!! He makes no sense at all and I'm assuming thinks some people don't know what their rights are when it comes to their medications!! About 5 years ago this was a great pharmacy..

I just switched from Walgreens, they had my medications there they call to keep me informed and they even offer delivery which works out for me because I don’t have a car right now. Have no trouble to the person that picked up my meds for me. Y’all have a customer for life!

What a wonderful gem in Lexington, NC! I have been having a very difficult time getting a particular prescription filled. I had gone to my regular pharmacy several times, as well as some other larger pharmacies. It was always on back order. I starting calling every pharmacy I could think of with no success. I pass by Your Pharmacy all the time and had never considered using them. I decided to try them. The Pharmacist is the nicest! He was able to help me and gave me great information on how to make sure I was able to get my prescription filled in a timely manner. Excellent service as well. I will be using Your Pharmacy for all of my prescription needs going forward!

So on Saturdays they closed @1. I didn’t know and came by @1:14 to see if I can still catch someone to pick my Asthmatic son medicine. This lady walks out the pharmacy to give this man his medicine but she couldn’t give me mine. How that works? Don’t do it for anyone if you couldn’t do it for me too! I only came to this pharmacy because it was closer to me. LISTEN. NEVER AGAIN! I’m just gonna stick with who I know who will treat everybody the same.

The pharmacy I am required to use by my insurance company did not have my sons ADHD medication. His doctor requested I contact this pharmacy to confirm if the had the medication and if they did she would call in the prescription this one time to them. I was told by the lady who answered the phone I had to switch every medication over to them or they would not fill. When I told her my insurance would not cover more than one time and we live one town over but his doctor suggested I check here. She told me I was drug seeking/shopping and they could not help me. Sounds like they were business seeking. I hate that I have to use a big box store pharmacy for medications and miss my little corner pharmacy because they care. But this store is not a small caring pharmacy when they know there is a national shortage and they refuse to help unless you give them all of your families business. Just as greedy and uncaring as CVS or Walgreens. Shame on you.
