I love Great Clips. They are always nice and speak to me almost as soon as I walk in the door. Wait times are very reasonable, and they do a good job of cutting my hair. I do have my favorite stylist that I prefer, but they all do a good job. Thanks, Great Clips!

I will never go back here again. They refused my 3 year old son a hair cut right at the end of the day no one was even in there and it’s summer time. She would not cut my 3 year old sons hair real quick bc he didn’t have shoes on when he’s 3. Blew my mind. I told her if you don’t cut his hair right now I’m never coming back. She said nope. Little young black girl. Don’t go to her. The only person that’s decent there is Erica. That place is a joke.

I just wanted the frays of my beard trimmed and a fade on the side of my head and the next thing I know I fill the clippers digging into my beard and the part of my beard that took over a year to fill in is no longer there. I was asked after this if I wanted my mustache trimmed which I did I just wanted it to be trimmed off my lips my mustached has always merged with my beard on the sides it’s how I like it to be I was told it looked weird and even after I said I wanted to keep it I look in the mirror to see it had been trimmed back to where it no longer met my beard. I’ve gone to great clips for 5 years ever since I got out of the Marine corps and now I will not step back in one.

I must say the first time I walked in a few of the women seemed as if they had an attitude 😒 but one lady her name is Scotty she walked my grandson back to her chair and was simply AMAZING!! She took the time to make sure he wasn't scared and was helping her with the process of cutting his hair. She kept him engaged the entire time!. Now, he asks for a haircut. I greatly appreciate Scotty for her patience with him.

I was here for over 30 minutes and not one stylist talked to me. They should all be fired. I checked in online and my name was at the top for 30 minutes and I watched at least 7 people go in front of me. As a mom of 2 boys I wanted to get my hair cut while my husband grocery shopped with my kids. I will never be back here.
This actually made me bawl my eyes out because I never get to do anything for myself and I won’t be able to anytime soon.

Terrible experience I have really long hair down to my mid back . I came in for a half inch trim and they butchered my hair and cut off 6 inches told me that I wasn’t able to get half a inch on face framing and face framed me very uneven one side is longer than the other side and I look like a mushroom head . I literally cried in the chair. if you love your hair, do not waste your money, coming to great clips. Specially, at this location in Lexington. My stylist had to keep asking another stylist how to cut which should have been my first red flag to get out of the chair. I kept explaining to them that I have curly hair. How I wanted it cut and kept repeating I only want half an inch off I want my hair to be left long . stylist in mid cut told her to stop and said you’re cutting too much when I noticed that the hair that was falling on my chest was very long, but the damage was already done. other stylist was rude and said I told you that It was gonna be short that’s what face framing is . I told her half an inch This is not half an inch this is about 6inch or more. her response was you can’t do half an inch with face framing which I’ve always had done by other stylist. My hair is now to my shoulders, and one side is longer than the other side and because I have curly hair I look like a mushroom head because of all the sides being very uneven and chopped.

3 different stylists on 3 different boys. Asked for 1 style of haircut for all 3. Not a single one came out right. We just moved here, we'll find another place for sure.

NEVER AGAIN.
I've been to the High Point location twice and had wonderful experiences both times, friendly, personable staff.
Went to this location and the lady barely spoke and butchered my effing hair. Thank goodness it grows fast.
