Great hotel, staff is friendly and professional....had an issue with my AC in my room, told the front desk girl about it as I left, came back an hour later and it was already fixed. Doesn't get much better than that.

Staff were nice. The rooms are nice but don't arrive late after traveling for several hours because if you book a room in advance you can lose the one you requested to a Diamond member with no prior notice as per management. They also do this based on how long you are booked to stay.

Mika was courteous and attentive before I even checked in. She has a personable, helpful tone and communicates very effectively. She truly made a great impression. I usually stay at another local hotel, but her warm welcome makes me feel like this will be my new home whenever I visit.
