Went there with my husband last minute, the wait wasn’t long. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. They were even able to file one for my child and get her something back. I would definitely be back next year and refer anyone I know to them.

Larry and his staff always take care of my taxes. I never spend more than 20-30 minutes waiting and finishing my paperwork. This is my 3rd year returning to this company and I plan to continue.

Messed up our tax return 2 yrs in a row costing us penalties and interest with the tax yr 21 now showing we owe over $6700.00 dollars and on the return he failed to report 25,000 of income but also failed to show over 40,000 of business loses on the return. Have been trying to reach him for 6 mos with no response. Worst business practice I have ever experienced in my life.

I've been going for 2 years now, and they were doing well. Unfortunately, they negligently sent the wrong tax forms for me. Even though I called and told them they made a mistake. They told me they "caught" the mistake but still ended up sending the wrong tax form. While I tried calling for 3 weeks straight, they failed to answer anything !!! I even tried showing up during business hours, and every time I went, it was closed.

These people have done something foul to my taxes. They have my documents hostage, have not allowed me to call them back as no one answers, have not called me back either the male or female as they said they would! Each time I try to get a hold of them it's impossible. I actually have a feeling I may have to bring legal action upon this firm if they do not give me what's mine in 2 weeks time starting today 6/6/23. I am coming for what's mine you thieves. Surprise
