This place is terrible. I hate to waste a 1 star on them.Accounts payable, awful ,zero stars, friendly zero stars. i will be contacting my insurance. I have been way overcharged on a out dated piece of equipment. Will never use them again and i will inform my health care provider. You would think i would have learned my lesson the first go around.

Zero stars. Avoid this company like the plague. The hospital gave me a list of dozens of companies to choose from when they said I needed a CPAP machine. They said all of them were bad and couldn't suggest a good one. Since having Lincare, I can't get them to provide the correct documentation for the insurance. I've been on the phone on a 3-way call with Lincare and my insurance company and they copped an attitude with the insurance rep when she simply asked them to confirm when they sent the corrected forms so she could check for them. And they still haven't corrected it. Trying to get someone at the local offices is an experiment in futility. If you do get someone in the department you selected, the person that answered says they can't help and send you to another queue where you'll wait interminably. Their web site is no better. I've initiated email and they don't respond. Absolutely do not use this company. Once I'm done with paying for the machine, I plan to order supplies from Amazon.

Went to get CPAP, everything was going good till they asked for our credit card. They had already told us our insurance paid 100%, which didn't sound right to me. We left without one because we would not give it to them. Got home, called our insurance company and they said they had not received any request from them and they pay 80%. I don't like liers.

Just had a phone conversation with Ashley...been trying to get a bipap machine since March..when I cancel to go with another company all of a sudden they have one..call to see about getting it.She was VERY rude and you can guarantee I will NEVER use Lincare because of her attitude.my dad used them for years and was never satisfied with them I should of known.I wanted to give no stars but that was not an option

The guy who came to set up the unit for my sick 91year old mother was unvaccinated and unmasked. When she was done with the machine, they came to my house without any prior call that they were coming. We were at the doctor’s office and not home. No follow up call to pick it up yet.

hard to get you folks to answer your phones!! I guess that may be the reason for your 2.5 star rating!! Also they charged me several months after my machine was paid for, they just kept billing my insurance for my machine after I had already paid for it!!! Maybe you guys should let go of this and find something else that doesn't involve PEOPLE BREATHING, maybe you could sell yoyos, something obviously simple. healthcare is not your forte!

Kandy was great! She was very helpful and patience with me while trying to get a patient equipment ordered and delivered to his home in a timely manner. Also Melissa was great as well. Thanks Guy for your help today.
