November 2023I became a customer of March Motorcars Inc in Lexington, North Carolina, as a result of my internet search for a convertible car for my wife. I identified a car on their used car lot. And that's when I contacted Jeff and Joan March. Subsequent discussions resulted in me buying a 2014 Chrysler 200 Limited Hard Top convertible. I visually inspected the car and took the car for a drive. I decided to purchase the car even though the vehicle made some creaking noises when the car was put in motion. I really liked this type of car and had a good feeling moving forward...My decision to purchase the car was based on my initial interaction with Joan and Jeff March. They seemed like straight up people. And I didn't think there would be a problem if there were any issues with the car after I took delivery. I just had a gut feeling that they were straight up people. After delivery and driving the car home, Sneads Ferry NC, I took a closer look at the vehicle with a mechanic and discovered the cause of the creaking noise when car was put in motion. I called Joan and discussed what I had found and the needed repairs. She immediately stood up took responsibility for the repairs to my satisfaction...She did not hesitate or make any excuses as she resolved the issues and repair to the car she sold me.I want to say I was not surprised as these folks are straight up, fair people that don't run away from their responsibilities. I can attest to that.Just to keep things in perspective, this is a ten year old car and was sold in an "As is" condition with no warranty. The car was a surprise birthday present for my wife's 70th birthday. It is a solid car. She is very happy with it and so am I. Again, my dealings with March Motorcars was very professional, positive and no games. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a used car.A. CutoloSneads Ferry, NC

Very sweet family owned business. No bs and they went above and beyond to get me placed in the car. All the cars are clean and lowest mileage for the prices. Very honest with me of what I could afford and even talked to the loan company down on my monthly payments. I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from March Motorcars and have had nothing but a great experience from them! This is my most recent vehicle I purchased a little bit ago, have had no issues so far and I use this as a daily. I have since then added some decals and extra cosmetics/mods since buying ?

Visited this location looking for a car for one of our teenagers. Although we didn’t purchase a vehicle, I appreciate meeting Mr. Jeff. He gave us a sense of being an honest man. We have confidence that if we did chose a vehicle we’d be happy with the experience. We have more teens that will need cars soon. Best believe we will keep an eye on March Motors inventory for our next purchase.

I purchased a vehicle in 2019 from March Motorcars (2014 Dodge Avenger SXT). It is running great and I have no current complaints but it was a bit of a process to get it to where it is now.Cons: Most of the FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) cars on the lot are rebuilt salvage cars so make sure to do your part as a buyer to purchase the Carfax and do your research. Especially with Dodge and Chrysler vehicles there. THEY ARE NOT SALVAGE TITLES, all vehicles have went through repairs, state inspections, and have been rebranded as rebuilt salvage (R Title if you will, but not S title). However, depending on the prior damage there may be issues down the road that can get costly. Upon purchasing the vehicle I needed both sets of front and rear rotors resurfaced and both rear brake pads replaced ($630). Within the first year I needed the oil pan replaced ($200), a hydraulic hose replaced ($130), and discovered the front bumper had an extra screw behind the fog light cover that should not have been there but was installed through the bumper, the fog light clip on the bumper part was broke, putty/cement was used and painted over on the previously damaged side which will cause the paint to chip (and it is), but worst of all there was a crack in the bottom of the bumper that was held together with a zip tie and painted over to match the bumper color. I put it off but I will be needing a new bumper cover painted to match ($200-$400). The most recent issues (within 2 years of purchase) were The PCV valve needed replaced, transmission cooler line needed replaced, a seal by the timing cover gasket needed replaced ($400 total) and I will need 4 new tires ($442). All of this happened in less than 20,000 miles from purchase.Pros: The March's are great people and were open and honest about answering my questions relating to the prior damage and they gave me all of the official documents of repair and rebranding. They held the car for me when I had issues with the bank even though other buyers made offers. Mrs. March cleaned the heck out of the vehicle multiple times for me and replaced a non-functioning part on the spot for me before I left. The March's offered to repair any issues needed that may come about but I live 45 minutes away from them and work an hour and a half away so it was not convenient for me. I know I overpaid on repairs but I had little options due to circumstances and I acknowledge I would have paid less if I would have taken the vehicle to them (who I trust to do repairs, but just live too far with family, work, and a busy schedule). The March's also gave me a contact for a repair on another vehicle I own (not purchased through them) because I mentioned a cracked windshield and the guy came out to me, repaired it, and saved me over $400. Their personal integrity is on another level. I love working with them. Conclusion: I will happily purchase another vehicle from them in the future; however, if its an FCA vehicle I will probably be a little more cautious and ask to talk to the seller directly about the vehicle prior to purchasing it (The FCA vehicles on the March's lot are consign from another seller so the March's are 0% accountable for any issues with them in my opinion). Also, if you live in the area and experience any issues with the vehicles, they are more than willing to work on them for cheaper than most other places. Just keep an open line of communication with them. I did not but it was simply due to my location (hence why they still get 4 stars)

The only thing that was great about March motors is that it’s easy to get a car and they are friendly, but watch out for their cars . They are bad cars. Transmission started acting up after 5 months. Never again.

I have always been leery if buying a used vehicle from anyone other than a dealership, but Jeff and Joan March has changed my mind forever. I can honestly say my experience with them was outstanding and blew my expectations out of the water. I will certainly drive from Greensboro again to by a car from them when the opportunity arises.
