This used to be a great pharmacy until Wake Forest took it over. Now they are rude, incompetent, and lied about how they handled our prescription. My husband could have possibly died due to them. I switched today! After 20 years.

Took to get scripts filled Friday may 22...today is may 26..3;49 ..SCRIPTS STILL NOT FILLED..said it will be ANOTHER HR!!!!I dropped 2 to be filled fri...went to pick up this morning....only got 1....she didnt even tell me about the other one..I had to ask...then she says..oh...you got to get a refill....ok..so i call to get a refill..dr faxes it at 12:01 pm....here it is 3:52pm..STILL NOT FILLED..this is my heart meds!!!...I guess from now on..i will take to get refills 2wks in advance...maybe that will be ENOUGH time...

Have a medicine that my uncle needs filled there. They have been closed for 3 days. I understand it has snowed. But people still need there medicine. No idea when they will open. There no sing or message on phone. Its wrong not to open the drugstore. They have gotten slow about filling medicine. And keep saying the didn't get the escript.
