I stopped in to ask a question about my phone, and I do not think the guy knew what caused it to have something on my screen. He was helping someone, and after I walked in, he asked what I needed. I showed him a little screen that was on top of another screen with writing in it ( I do not know what it said now), but he just says, I don't know why it is there. Looks like spam. Just X out of it. When people tell me they don't know but just do this, it makes me wonder of their knowledge of the phone. I haven't had any more strange things happen. I guess he must have gotten it right.

Great service but since when does it cost to go in and pay your bill they charge you if you pay in person and cash unbelievable but otherwise Very Happy with them oh Btw they should start giving Ppl that's been with them a long time (myself 15 yrs) a discount for there next phone seeing they give out New Phones and Tablets to NEW but to Hell with the old customers!!

Recently I got my brand new Galaxy A14 from this store. The worker gave me a great deal and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new phone for much less than my old spectrum service!

Sometimes we have to wait to get in. Bathroom breaks seems to take a long time.
