Unprofessional. Had Albert to our home through our warranty company to do repairs on AC unit in the attic. The repairs failed and the unit covering split open and was blowing cold air into the attic. I asked him to return. He came and taped it up. Again, it failed. He repaired the same repair again with two other techs using tape and putty. Again it failed. After three phone calls and messages, he finally picked up the phone to tell me that he refuses to come back. He said that my warranty company hadn't paid him for his initial repairs. While I am sorry he experienced problems, that is between him and them. I have no control over who they pay and when. He si a business person, it is his responsibility to contact them. I explained that his repairs have failed again, the unit covering is split open and cooling attic not house, inside temp sitting at 93 degrees. He refuses to come fix his mistakes. First off, HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME BACK TO TELL ME THAT. Second, the repairs he has tried to make have continually failed the same way each time, so they were not done properly in the first place. He told me he is retiring and I told him that it's probably a good idea, it's time, because he clearly can't do the work, nor deal with returning customer's calls.

Very disappointed in Midway’s service. We have a AC unit, split system that was originally installed 6 years ago. Right from the start, it had a leak from a faulty installation. Through the years we have tried to get it fixed but the same leak keeps popping up. This time when we called, the dispatcher said we would have to pay for someone to look at it. She wasn’t willing to take the history of this unit into consideration. And we have had major work done with them. Central air system, multiple split units, electrical work, water filtration system, and much more. They lost a customer who spent tens of thousands of dollars over a $69 service call. They are very responsive when it comes to getting business but not helpful when long term repairs (due to their own mistakes). Go somewhere else!Service: Household appliance installation
