I used to love coming here. The last 6 months they have gone so downhill. I can understand it being a little messy during busy times, but it is the attitudes of the employees and the things they do. I had a girl hand me hot water from the cappuccino machine because they were out of vanilla creamer once. They get mad and make snide comments if you order food. I think this particular Sheetz is just done for in my book. I hope others have better experiences

Stopped to get some gas and some drinks on the way to a doctor appointment. It is easy to get in and out of quickly but we chose to go through the drive through. It was simple to use and our order was delivered in good time. Always enjoy stopping at Sheetz. Good people and easy to access store.

The drive Tru service is really slow I wait 30 min line for my order that was just a drink and they give me just carbonation water, when I comeback to the window I wait other 8 min just to see they don't bring my soda, their reaction was just ignoring me, very rude.

Horrible !!!
Absolutely the nastiest place I've ever walked in. Was going to get a soda but NO WAY! .
Homeless people everywhere asking for money soon as I got out of the car. Not a safe place

Came in for an order that was supposed to be ready at 10:06. Didn't get it until 10:30, I was the only person with an order in the store. Insane wait times.

Every time I try to get mto food, even just some dried out hotdogs on stale buns, it's always "a 30 minute wait" that's more like an hour wait. I was in this store tonight trying to get something to eat after working third shift and getting off at 12am, there were two customers in the store, and it was a "30 minute wait" for two hotdogs and a bag of fries, the girl at the register asked if that was okay, I said no and left because no hotdog is worth a 30 minute wait, much less a hotdog that has been on the roller all day, possibly several days, on a stale bun.
This Sheetz location was amazing when it opened, and it has slowly declined in the last few years. It's to the point I will only go here if I have no other option on my way home from work, or if the parking lot is essentially empty because if you order food and there's another customer in the store it'll take a minimum of 45 minutes, just for them to get your order, at least partially wrong, or the food they give you be near inedible.
The store is so dirty, your shoes will stick to the floor, the drink machines haven't been cleaned in ages. It's very rare that they have straws, cups, and lids, in the same size, at the same time. Some of the employees I have encountered are rude, others have been amazing. Their stocking is rough at best, and the gas has always caused issues in my vehicles.
I have tried making excuses and ignoring the issues with this store, but after tonight, I think I'm done, I'll have to be downright desperate for food before I come back to this Sheetz.

Food was completely burnt. When I called to try and get it fixed no one will answer the phone. Don't suggest. Horrible customer service. VERY dirty store

Well-maintained Sheetz in Lexington, NC. Plenty of gas pumps with lower gas prices compared to surrounding gas stations. Employees were friendly during the visit as well. Sheetz has plenty of made-to-order food items and a nice coffee bar. Inside dinning is available.

Overall it's usually ok but today I wanted to finally try the fry platter my son always gets and I got just that- fries on a platter. None of the toppings I requested. Didn't realize until I got home. I'm sure I paid extra for all the toppings I didn't receive. While I'm at it, regarding the coffee lids, if you are serving coffee with a lid, please hold the cup by the cup and not put all your fingers on the lid where someone may drink. Thanks.

They sorry I wouldn't waste my time going there. I go to the drive thru had to wait just for them to get my order wrong they fix me a sub with pork on it I told her I didn't order that I don't even eat pork she tell me because they already made it they can't change it I will have to order another one Sheetz is waste of time and money
