Spectrum is very bad as far a quality. They may say they have fast download speed but their going offline a lot and when you're watching a favorite game on TV it will sit and buffer . Just like today, I was doing something on Facebook and it was buffering so bad it took me way longer than if we were using Lumos.

Went here on Wednesday at 10:30am with granddaughter and a two year old great grandson was upgrading phone all went well until after 4and half hours later evidently the phone they were trying to sell me had a defect and my phone would not transfer to the new phone!!So manager was called out to resolve the problem and has to go out on a mask ? before he could talk to us !!!When ask if he thought we had something he informed us his daughter was sick and he was leaving that day to start a vacation and was going to California so to me we should of been offered a mask since it was his daughter sick not us .Told him we were starving and the child was hungry also told us to leave phones there with password and go eat and promised problem would be resolved by time we got back we went two doors down ate lunch immediately went back problem was not resolved and manger had already left without properly making sure it was resolved or staying to resolve it .So after being told again just give it a little longer so after 7 hours into this I ask for my old phone to be reactivated and credit my account back and was assured this would be done ✅ and now on Tuesday the nov21st it is still showing that new phone was activated and my refund has not been issued and the purchase of the phone transaction is showing active as if I left with a new phone ?And also when the new supposedly new phone was brought out to me to purchase. It had no charge whatsoever and the sales guy even said that was very unusual that they usually have at least a 30% charge on all the phones so they can get the customer hooked up so I am saying that they were trying to sell me a default in Phone and don’t seem to want to do anything about the problem and you cannot call the store directly so I will be paying them a visit tomorrow and this will be resolved one way or the other. Just thought I would inform everyone. This is very poor service. I don’t really blame the sales guy. I blame the manager and It sucks.

On October 2nd I Signed up for them online and paid what was due got a receipt for what I paid for and even seen on my bank statement where the money was taken from my bank. They said my bank declined the payment on October 16th and now I have to pay them that amount again bc it was past due. Please make this make since. Y’all just scamming people and it’s a shame. They won’t do anything about it either trying to make me pay it again sorry ain’t paying for something when I have proof I already paid for it. I wanna know where my hard earned money is going. Customer service is trash. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Only reason I'm even giving one star is because I waited two hours just to try and get a billing statement printed instead I get flat told no we can't do that and then I was shown that in the app that you can pull it up and I was told to go some place that can print it ....... Bro 10 seconds maybe 1 minute is all it would had taken dear God help you if there's calling involvedThe store manager was the one to tell me this unfortunately I don't recall his nameBut he was nice about it I can give him that much

Was promised 2 months of credits due to not using the service the past 2 months since I haven't been home since 7/15 due to a house fire and now all of a sudden they can't do that and don't have any notes about it. These people are liars and do not care about your hardships.

Sales person was curtious, very helpful. He knew and explained the companies policies and knew the phone that was chosen and set the phone up. He was a very pleasant young man.

So I switched over from t-mobile a sales team member had me pick out the phone I wanted and I paid for it. When he opened the box it was the wrong phone ! He had already switched my service and said to take the phone I didn't want until my phone was shipped to the store. I returned to the store and was told that they can't give me the phone I wanted because I would have to pay a 500.00 dollar upgrade fee for the phone I wanted in the beginning. Manager could not help or his manager. So I'm stuck with a phone I never wanted to begin with. Stay very far away from this company.

I switched to spectrum in October of 2022. Huge mistake! I lose internet service at least once a month! I lost internet service at 2 pm Friday 4-7-2023. It is now 4-8 at almost 8 am and my internet still hasn't been restored! No update on when it will be restored either! My son is homeschooled and needs wifi, we don't have cable, we use wifi to watch TV and haven't been able to going on day 2 now! I'll be finding a different internet provider

The associates at this store were very friendly, however, they really messed us up as far as getting us flagged as a “fraud alert” due to them not realizing that our phones couldn’t be transferred over then trying to redo it several times. When you get flagged for fraud alert you can only order online to have devices shipped to you and you have to contact the fraud department for them to “release” your account within a certain time frame. The process to transfer 4 numbers took over a week and now we found out that the bill is going to be more expensive on this bill due to prorating because of how they had to pull 2 of our numbers over later because of having to wait on the devices to get shipped to us. Overall this has been a very annoying transfer that was more complicated than it should have been and took longer than it should have.

The associate named Ty was very helpful with all my questions and very knowledgeable about the services and products they had.I only gave spectrum 3 stars because they could not get my service today due to the fact of no mobile hotspot-only devices and no modem/router combinations device.

Went through tech support with Spectrum for about 45 min and wound up just going to the store. Walked in, was immediately helped and our issue was resolved by Jeremy and Trey within 5 minutes top. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable and both gentlemen were extremely helpful and caring about the issue. This is the second time I have been in this store and both times I have been impressed with the service provided. Jeremy is a major asset to this store and Spectrum overall. Thanks again guys!!!!!!!!
