One word for this company LAZY! When asked to send a DocuSign for a signature to have access to last years tax return I was told by Tina " She will not take the time to send one, that is taking time out of her day." Make sure you don't lose your papers at all or work during their hours, they are not willing to help.They do not fact check when calling when calling to see about getting the information one lady told me we spoke to your husband and your taxes are going to your account proceeded to give the account number and I was not calling about an account nor did I file taxes with them this year.

We go here every year for tax service. Staff is wonderful to work with, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. We love the service we get there.
