I had the worst experience with T-Mobile. I spent countless hours wasted dealing with them. I think they need more $ for training for their people working in their company.Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company

Beware! They lie about their promotions to get your money and then when the bill comes all they do is say sorry that you have to pay so much more than you agreed to, and that's there's nothing that can be done.

Don’t go here the employees are either on their phones or sitting down, the gentleman I talk to Ramsey it seemed like he didn’t understand what he was talking about kept stuttering over his words and then proceeded to tell me that we had to put $1,000 down after I already did the process online to make sure I was qualified and to which it didn’t say I needed $1,000 as a down payment DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION. The representatives will lie and tell you that you are getting a free galaxy watch as part of a promotion for signing up for a new line with them and would only pay the monthly service fee to open the watch line. Then they will charge you for the product at full price and then when you complain they tell you this promotion had expired before you even signed up for service with them. They will tell you to speak with customer service who will also lie to your face telling you that you will receive credits on the next bill then when that doesn't happen they tell you sorry that promotion expired you need to speak with the store. The store also lied about what our monthly bill would be giving us a price $40 less than what we actually have to pay each month. They just tell you it's a promotion so the sales rep will receive credit for an additional sale. T-MOBILE IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK AFTER THIS CONTRACT EXPIRES.

The customer service was really great I got my service transferred from Verizon and it didn't take long and they worked with me to make sure it went as smooth as it could be. Was also able to keep my same device.

Poor customer service at the Lexington NC location. They are not willing to help you. They will tell you to go elsewhere or call the customer support line. They acted like we were bothering them and just wanted to get rid of us. We drove to another location, and they were happy to help us.
