I ordered something off of eBay almost a week ago. They claimed to have made multiple attempts to deliver the book I ordered. They also claimed there was no “secure location” to deliver the package. The only problem is that I’ve been at home all day, waiting for the package to be delivered. I never saw a delivery driver. They don’t even attempt to deliver the package.

These mail carriers are losers! If you don’t remove your mail from your mailbox to their liking they will stop delivering your mail. I think a lawsuit will stop a lot of this foolishness. They think they can do whatever they want until they no longer have a job.

The mail carriers for this office have sucked for years! I’ve lived the same house for 12 years having no option but to have the same sorry excuse for a mail lady and no matter how much you complain they do nothing about it. I chose to confront her in person. If they weren’t going to say anything, I absolutely was. Left packages at the end of my long driveway to get stolen or left them on my trampoline in my side yard with no knowledge whatsoever for them to get rained on. Will mark items delivered then not actually deliver them. If you’ve got the time or the opportunity, wait around to catch her in person to tell her all about herself. Might not change anything but you will sure as hell feel better!!

The old hag behind the counter with the short hair is very rude, not just to me but to everyone else in line. She’s rude every time I’ve been in there and seriously needs to be fired. The other lady was very nice! I don’t understand why the other workers just stand there and watch her treat customers like that tho

Had a package return to sender after not knocking on my door 3 times. I have cameras on every door on the outside of my house as well as my driveway and have yet to see a USPS driver knock on my door to receive my signature. I’m supposed to go find the package that was in your care? While you’re being lazy. Tracking.

Called last Monday to complain about a driver... I ordered a metal sign and the driver bent it up and crammed it in my mailbox. When I called Monday, i was asked for my name and number, they said they would figure it out and call me back. Needless to say, its been a week and still no call back and when I called today, I couldn't even get anybody on the phone. It's ridiculous. My property shouldn't be damaged when it's delivered and no call back shows how great their employees are.

For over 2 years I have got mail for someone who lived here 6 years ago. I have repeatedly written notes on the mail informing them of this. Finally I have resorted to throwing the mail on the ground in the hopes they would get the message. The postman will then pick someone else's wet crumpled mail off the ground and put it back in my box!! With no acknowledgment of the notes I've left for years. Sad
