Be certain to ask for if there is extra fees or charges. They will not be up front and honest with you .Got a new phone paid in full was never told or informed of extra 100.00 fees. They will not voluntarily tell you. Update to this. They have been charging me for the entire phone $20 a month. I have been to the store 12 times and I have called the 800 number 30 times. This is effing ridiculous wasting all this time and get in nowhere. Each time I was told I qualified for the promotion. However, the promotion has not been put on our account and we are still currently being charged 7 months later. It is impossible and I am reporting them to the attorney general for fraud. Absolutely! The worst company I've ever dealt with everybody that works there is totally incompetent. Numerous days and hours. A waste of my time for no reason except for people not following through with their jobs. They are my absolutely worst nightmare. What didn't you get in my review? I have called you numerous times and visit the store numerous times and your promises have not come through. People that work there do not follow up with their jobs. I would been fired 100 times over by now. If I were them they do not return phone calls. They do not answer the phone. People do not follow up with their jobs. This is absolutely horrible company

People will lie to make a sale and dont come through with promises. Still trying to resolve an issue that's been ongoing for 6 months. Everyone says it's taken care of at least 12 phone calls and visits to the store, but yet 6 months later it's not. People do not follow through and do their jobs

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment to get a replacement phone. I arrived on time and provided my information. The two attendees proceeded to laugh at my daughter and I and were very condescending. They lied to us and told us that we were not applicable for any trade ins or upgrades. The female employee was sitting at the front with a bag of Doritos and a drink, munching away. The male employee was snarky and incredibly rude. Both were also dressed unprofessionally. I am unsure as to why people that are in the business of sales would treat customers this way. Money could have been made but they missed out. We went to Thomasville Verizon and received an absolutely wonderful experience and were treated with kindness and respect. We were also given correct information about our account.

They told me I would have to go on my own to get my old number changed to their service because it takes two days. It could have been done in two seconds but now since they kept my SIM card my old number is lost and I have to change my number on everything and remember this new number that I hate. ?

Cracked my phone today at work. Went in for an upgrade. Reggie, and the others at the Lexington store definitely were the MVP’s! Helping me through the process and just making the process easier, and with fun conversation. Even helped me change my old plan!

Staff are very friendly and place is clean. However, there is no restroom for the customers even if they are spending hundreds of dollars Which is not too cool. Other than that, very good service.

Angelica was extremely patient and professional with my wife and I during our account activation process. We had a very unique situation that was unprecedented and took a rather long time, but she respectfully helped us every step of the way until we finally got everything processed. She made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. Thank you!
