Gave me generic when I’m allergic and when I told them they said they couldn’t do anything about it and had the audacity to say “well atleast your insurance covered it in full” even when script stated brand name and would have still been paid in full. They don’t care.

I will fill prescriptions here again if needed. This crew went through some difficulties getting my cat's eye drops transferred to their pharmacy. They did a great job, and it's much appreciated. Please keep in mind, the pharmacists and technicians are very busy and work under a lot of pressure, especially with the added Covid duties. Also keep in mind, there are fellow human beings wearing those scrubs, and they're working as hard as they can to help.

Service was good. They even refunded my money when I paid too much for my medication.

They really need to stay out of an in store shoppers way with their shop from home carts . If their going to offer this service they need to do it at night or at least have the manners to get out of the way long enough for a customer to get what they need to purchase and then continue their task . Wouldn't hurt them to teach some customer service and etiquette lesson also .

Incompetent, rude and lost! You will get a different answer to the same question depending on who you talk to any given day. Three chances and you're done! I know the very little amount of money I spend on RX won't hurt you Wal-mart. But, to your pharmacy staff. LEARN YOUR JOB, INCLUDING THE LAW. Questioning me regarding what my doctor prescribed me is bull! You are a pharmacist, not a doctor. Your pharmacy techs are some of the rudest people I ever encountered.

Lexington Wal-Mart lacks in everything the employees need to be trained on having a decent bedside manor.

asked politely about insurance info but the male employee at drop off counter just kept repeating "other insurance" and giving me snarky looks being hateful to me. After I had repeatedly asked in detail what that meant he wouldn't give me an answer. People shouldn't judge others by the color of their skin or the color of their hair or the way they appear to them. Especially employees

Give you attitude if you are on mental health meds.

Every time I go in there if you get a certain person you will never get your meds that day. She is a racist and I personally always have a problem with her even thought I am as nice as I can be. Some of the staff is great but they don't care about you and judge you based on your prescriptions. I will be changing pharmacies for now on. I work for my money and so should they. It's a hassle every time I go there. Either they are out of stock or make you wait for days.

The main reason people shop in Walmart is for convenience, not for customer service. I wanted to buy a mini sd card reader and I couldn't find one, so I asked an associate in the department, she said that she didn't even know what that was. She informed me that she didn't even work in electronics department, then began working again. I asked her who would know then she pointed out another associate that I had to run down. Once I caught up to the associate there was 5 employees talking about a reset, so I asked the associate in electronics, they didn't know so they had to ask their manager where they were. After 3 associates I finally found what I was looking for. This is definitely not Sam Waltons company anymore.
