So sick of this bank . I have 8 accountants here, business and personal . I plan on closing all of them asap they do not care about small businesses. Every other time I go through the drive thru now they want me to come inside , even if there is no one else in line . I plan on switching to FNB since they do have a commercial drive thru line !

Always some nonsense here- I closed my account for them manipulating my numbers and double over drafting my account several times- they lost a huge lawsuit for doing this nationwide. I had several vehicles get damaged by hail and this is the only place being weird about a tiny check. Can't cash it- can only apply it to the principal on my loan?

The young woman in the drive-thru window was extremely nice and respectful, and VERY pleasant to look at as well, WITHOUT ALLLLL the piercings in her face like MOST people her age do!! I'm Soooooo glad to see that some of the younger women still has respect for theirselves these days!! Fad's come and go, BUT!! THOSE SCAR's last forever!! ???♂️

These ladies are extremely d**** and most non-helpful. They failed to find out what's going with my account-or even ask questions as to why. They are nothing more than unprofessional filth bums! A bunch of floozies-all of them!

My paycheck is being held by this bank for two weeks!!!!!!!!!! I am livid. I will be closing my account tomorrow!! This bank is guilty of theft. I will be taking my grievance to the appropriate ombudsman. Unacceptable. How dare you call yourself a bank, you are a larcenious organization.

The staff are nice and helpful but the drive through lines are ridiculous. They are long and inconsistent. I can be in one lane and watch other lines moving.I know sometimes its the transactions people are making but I see this all the time. Once you get up to the window It appears that some of the employees are working both the drive through and helping customers inside which is creating longer wait times. The people dedicated to the drive through should be making sure the lines are all moving.

We just started banking with Wells Fargo a little over a year ago, and have been very impressed with the service and friendliness. A huge shout out to Robin, who genuinely comes across as caring and informed. If she doesn't know, she'll find out for you. She follows through, and that's rare to find.
