Location has been unattended for about 15 minutes. I knocked on the door to see if a teller would come out. Unfortunately they did not, but had the audacity to knock back. Unprofessional, unacceptable, I will be calling headquarters.

Never had a problem dealing with anything at this branch via phone or in person. If I had an issue it was resolved with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism.

They care about their customers and know us by name the branch manager is knowledgeable and always helpful. They caught a fraudulent charge on my account before I even noticed it.

I have been trying to use western union for a couple months every time I go or call they tell me it’s down I understand stuff happens but month after month that’s crazy would feel better if they didn’t have but to have signs and stuff up about western union up and it never works is ridiculous to me!!!!!!

Sorry excuse for a bank. Sure they will be nice and friendly at the start but the first time you experience any kind of problem you are on your own. They also lied to me about fees and things I would need to pay.

Banking with this branch has been the worst experience I've ever dealt with. The people that work here seems like they don't know what they're doing. I've been up there multiple times and each time, I've been told something different and given 3 different dates. I called Woodforest corporate and they were just as confused as I was with this situation. All I know is this is very frustrating. After all the stuff they already put you through, like unnecessary fees that puts you $7 into the negative. You have to watch out for them too because they'll double charge you then take your money and then give you one of THEY'RE reasonings and you can't say anything but â€okayâ€.

They're in a convenient place for me but every time I turn around there are issues with my account. Money constantly disappears and then reappears within a few hours. Then there are "Computer glitches" that make a withdrawal I make, say $100, go through over and over again making my account -$1,000!!! I had to call and argue with them for like an hour just to be told it was an accident. Now just today, the person behind me in line made a withdrawal of $300 out of their account, but the teller never exited my account on their computer and gave my money away to the other person! I am STILL waiting on an "adjustment" to give me my money back, and it's been over 24 hours. It should have been made immediately. It's not my fault the teller made a mistake.

I've seriously have had my account here for over 6 years and have recently gone into business for myself and cash a lot of check and every single time I go to cash one they give me a hard time about it and will try to not cash it. Seriously you don't want to bank with them you are better off with a different bank that actually treats you like a customer not a criminal also they charge you for everything so many extra charges and mishaps it's rediculus they will literally make you pay just to have an account
