“Every other DG is a disaster area, but not this one! They actually put stuff on the shelves. Aisles are never blocked by boxes, you never have to dig through carts to find what you're looking for, this store needs to teach all the other ones around here what's up.”

“This Family Dollar is very close by so my husband, son, & I have become regulars here over the past year & a half.There are 2 main reasons we frequent this Family Dollar location. Obviously, the first reason is the convenience of how close we are to it, but also because of the employees. Honestly, we would not hesitate to drive further away if the staff was rude &/or unbearable. But the staff here has always been super kind! Actually, they have all gone above & beyond when it came to customer service! Seriously... they each have been so helpful & patient & kind to myself, my son, & my husband all at different times ???I can't give them enough props lol!”
“This store is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I have been too. Clerk was very nice. Store was clean and the aisles were clear of unstocked items. You could actually shop here and be a pleasant experience.”
“Stopped in recently for a quick pick up of a few items. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for in stock , as I approached the counter 1 lady was concerned of the well being of another customer who was leaving the store being followed. They checked on her and made sure she was safe before she left the parking lot. Thank you 2 for taking care of me and the other customer that may've been in need. Shop local and stay local ? You never know what angels are looking after you?”

“Really like this store... Laid back, peaceful atmosphere. Your not bothered by the employees, yet they are very helpful if you do need assistance. Rated 4 stars only because things can be a lil hard to find sometimes or they don't have exactly what your looking for. It's probably my own fault though when I can't find something... I mean the Isles are labeled.”
“Popped in the Ramseur store today and the items I needed were in stock. Manager was friendly and helpful.Dashed back in the store for a couple more items. The manager was stocking shelves and didn't notice my return. I told her I was back in the store when I noticed there wasn't any kind of beeping to notify that someone had entered the store. Dollar General this is unacceptable and unsafe, since she was alone in the store for a short time. Please put one of those annoying beeping devices in this store like there are in many stores. At least she'll have a heads-up when someone enters .”
“I recently visited this store and management has this place in excellent shape! All the aisles are perfectly organized and straight. Great environment. The whole crew is on top of their game. No riff raff lazy employees which means a lot. Compared to the other dollar general stores in the area this one is the best. Definitely hats off to management. Nicole was the manager on duty and she runs a very tight ship. Good job everyone. It’s nice to go in these retail stores when someone actually cares.”

“It’s right in my town so I don’t have to drive far. The people who work there are relatively nice. The store used to look messy and just not clean but, the past few times I’ve been there, it looks better.”
