Boost mobile does not seem to have it together. My special needs nephew bought the Boost Sim card from Walmart and never used it because phone customer service said issue with card so they shipped a new one. It still would not activate and to add insult to injury guy in store told my nephew he owed Boost Mobile $90????

Well i went in the store in search of a family plan. Told lady behind the counter what i need. Well it was hotspot was my main need and was told this will last for you and what you need. But that was a total lie i was out of hotspot a day and half later on all 4 devices...very unhappy with boost
