Today September 15 at approximately 830 am we came to your store to buy goods, like we have been doing for years. We usually have no problem and all the employees are nice and friendly. But one employee, Lakisha, seems to have an attitude when we come to the register to pay. This has happened on three different occasions. She doesn’t say hello or anything, but rudely tells us to take our products out of the basket before she will ring us up. She has to touch each item anyways, so I don’t understand the reasoning behind this, other than she did not want to do her job. Maybe she was rude because our shopping interrupted the time she was spending on her phone. (She was texting the entire time we were shopping) I’ve been to this dollar general while she is not working, and the other employees always take my items out of the basket. If she doesn’t want to be there to do the job she is paid to do, please find someone else who will. Or we will no longer take our business to your store.

Your phones don’t work at any of your stores in North Carolina, especially in Lillington or Erwin North Carolina

I like shopping at Dollar General because they have great prices. But I experienced something with an employee that I shouldn’t have ever experienced. I went to the Dollar General on 210 in Lillington, NC and as I was shopping the Assistant Manager a little short black woman came up to me while I was on the isle where the laundry detergent was and bumped my cart and demanded me to give her the cart cause she was using it! I was devastated at that point! I never experienced nothing like that from a manager at any store! I contacted the district manager of TN. She stated she would investigate it. I never heard back from her. She should have been terminated immediately.The district manager didn’t bother to run the cameras back. She believed the manager over me.

This dg used to be nice back when I was younger, but I went in there tonight after not shopping there in a few years and omg its gotten sooo ghetto and trashy. Stuff just strewn about in the aisles, trash and dirt all over the floors, and LOUD explicit rap music playing over the intercom. Not tryin to be a prude, but it was VERY vulgar and inappropriate. Especially for a "family" establishment. Don't bring your kids in here!

I can not begin to tell you how great this place is! There is really only a few employees at this location but they work incredibly hard. My wife and I stop there every morning and they always brightin our day. The staff is amazing and super helpful and kind. I truly appreciate having this store near me and thankful for the hard working staff that this store is lucky enough to have

It was easy to find what I was looking for. The store was stocked and clean. Everyone was wearing their mask. Cashier was very nice.
